A limited number of meeting rooms for bilateral and other meetings will be available at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad for use by Heads of Government, and at the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre for use by Ministers, during the period 25th-29th November 2009 from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Meeting rooms will have limited capacity and should be booked in advance by using the form below which should be forwarded to the National Secretariat for CHOGM 2009 by 16th November 2009, and copied to the Conference Officer, Commonwealth Secretariat. Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis. Host Country Liaison Officers assigned to each delegation will be on hand during November 25th-29th to facilitate these arrangements.
Due to the limited number of meeting rooms, rooms cannot be booked for an entire day and will be allocated in thirty (30) minute intervals. Cancellations should be submitted to the National Secretariat at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the proposed bilateral meeting.
